his dictionary gathers more than two thousand terms related to education: general pedagogy, social pedagogy, education research, education organization and management, psycopedagogical organization, didactics, special education and education technology. It offers definitions and denominations in Catalan, with equivalent terms in Spanish, English and French.
It is the online version of the Diccionari d’educació (“Dictionary of Education”) published by TERMCAT with support from the Government of Andorra and the collaboration of the Catalan Society of Pedagogy.
Clicking on Consulta de termes ('Search term'), terms can be looked up in two ways: using the alphabetical indexes (there is a different index for each language), or introducing a term in any language in the upper space Text de la consulta ('Text search'); this second option allows simple or advanced searches.
