Heretament a favor dels fills dels contraents en què només s'institueix hereu per prevenir la successió intestada dels heretants i, per tant, només és eficaç si l'heretant no disposa voluntàriament del seu patrimoni en virtut d'un testament o d'un heretament posterior.
