Diccionari de rugbi - Presentación
The Diccionari de rugbi ('Rugby Dictionary') gathers exactly 476 terms from the Diccionari general de l’esport ('General Dictionary of Sport'). These are terms that have their origin in the Diccionari de rugbi published in 1995 by TERMCAT on the occasion of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, now revised, updated and enriched by specialists from the Catalan Rugby Federation and the Northern Catalonia.
Clicking on Consulta de termes ('Term search'), terms can be looked up in three ways: using the alphabetical indexes (there is a different index for each language); using the Accés temàtic ('Thematic access') in Catalan (it gathers denominations by thematic areas); or introducing a term in any language in the upper space Text de la consulta ('Text search'); this third option allows simple or advanced searches.
