This dictionary gathers 75 terms related to integrated care. Each terminological entry contains denominations in Catalan, equivalents in Spanish and English, a definition in Catalan and explanatory notes, when necessary.

Integrated care is the pioneering new model of care that is being implemented in Catalonia by the Interdepartmental Plan for Health and Social Care and Interaction (PIAISS). This model is based on the integration of social and health services in order to guarantee an integrated care of all kinds of people’s needs.

Clicking on "Consulta de termes" (‘Term search’), terms can be looked up in three ways: using the alphabetical indexes (there is a different index for each language), using the thematic access or making simple or advanced searches in the upper space " Text de la consulta" (‘Text search’) in any of the dictionary languages.
