Terminologia del triatló

The online dictionary Terminologia del triatló (‘Terminology of triathlon’) collects about one hundred terms related to triathlon: segments and transitions, equipment, rules (timing and sanctions), and disciplines of this sport. Each entry contains Catalan denominations, term equivalents in Spanish, French and English, definition and, eventualy, explanatory notes.

Terminologia del triatló, the result of a collaborative work between TERMCAT and the Catalan Federation of Triathlon, aims to facilitate communication in Catalan in this subject field, and to help spreading and understanding the terminology.

Clicking on "Consulta de termes" (‘Term search’), terms can be looked up in two ways: using the alphabetical indexes (there is a different index for each language) or making simple or advanced searches in the upper space "Text de la consulta" (‘Text search’) in any of the dictionary languages.
